Okay, back on track. See what I mean. Don't fall of the bandwagon if you miss a couple days.
I was inspired by Oprah today.
Assignment:
Make a list of all the things you would like to do in your lifetime. Even crazy and things you might think impossible. Or the littlest things that seem silly. Be inspired.

My list:
1. Visit Africa
2. Take a Cruise
3. Visit South America
4. Be a big sister (in the big brother big sister program)
5. Donate a large amount of $$ to a charity
6. Own an expensive purse
7. Run a marathon or participate in a triathlon
8. Create pottery
9. Make smoothies for breakfast or use a juicer
10. Write a book, children's
11. Make a piece of clothing
and my list goes on....record it in your journal. And try and accomplish one? Or start thinking about when you would. Pick one that is feasible right now!
Take steps toward finding things that inspire you. Besides food. I think in this way you complete yourself and there is one less hole to fill with unhealthy behaviors.

I think I am going to buy it for a couple people I know for Christmas. It seems very inspirational. (including for myself).
