The beginning of the 30 days to Healthy me!
Ok the baby has exited my body! Now it is time to get down to buisness!
I saw this on Etsy.com, an idea of 30 days to more sales. Everyday the blogger gave her readers an assignment to reach their goal. I think the first thing I need is ideas on how you all lose wieght!!
Goal: To be on a roll and losing wieght within 30 days. (Notice I did not say, "to have lost ___ lbs in __ days"). I want to be realistic, healthy and do something that I can really stick with through the holiday season. And of course have it be something that can help any readers so it can not be to specific to myself.
So the call goes out: Do you want to play?
If you do, all you have to do is read the blog every day. (be ware that as I just had a baby and we are approaching holiday season I may take a day off now and again, just continue on your lives without me if possible).
I guess that is not all you have to do. You have to decide you want to do everything I do, correspond and get involved, and have fun!
Let's start on Friday the day after Thanksgiving. Meet back here then! I will have your first day's assignment.
In the meantime post comments with ideas! or send me emails with ideas. I'm thinking like:
1. Healthy recipes, or online locations or books that you like with recipes.
2. Great exercises, videos, programs, books, magazines to do with exercises
3. Tricks you use to stay not hungry!
4. Motivators that work for you, rewards, things you tell yourself, whatever they are.
5. Something that worked for you!!
